Kara is such a great agent. I didn’t even think I would be able to buy a home in this economy, but Kara showed me the possibilities and helped me through the process. As a first-time homebuyer I needed a bit more help than a seasoned investor or serial buyer, and also had lower purchasing power, but Kara was still attentive to my needs and represented me as fiercely as if I was buying a million-dollar home. Someday when I do move into a bigger house, Kara will absolutely be my agent! Buying a home for the first time is a scary process at times but thanks to Kara’s expert advice, I was able to get through it, dealing with an appraisal problem and a disagreeable lender that I was kind of stuck with. I thankfully had Kara in my corner though so all in all it was manageable and as stress-free as it could be. By helping me to buy a house, Kara truly changed my life, and I will never forget the kindness and patience she showed me while helping me close on my home.

Kara is the most amazing realtor! She helped me to buy a home in Pueblo, Colorado and I couldn't have done better. She helped through the process and handled the negotiations like a boss. She helped with every aspect, from the counseling on the initial offer, setting up the inspection, recommending an awesome lender (I was free to shop for my own lender, but her recommendation was so good I didn't find anyone better). Additionally, when things got stressful, as buying a house often does, Kara helped me to navigate the inspection process and negotiate some repairs. Some of the things that needed repairs were non-negotiable for me, and Kara was able to hold the deal together and get us across the finish line while getting the repairs done by the seller. I was free to be involved in every step of the process and also to practice a hands-off approach. I did the latter when I had to be out of town, but Kara was still qute available by phone to answer my questions. I am so grateful that Kara did the heavy lifting on this and helped me buy the cutest little bungalow, 10/10 would recommend her to anyone. Compared to some of the real estate agents I have dealt with in Pueblo, she is hands down a superior agent. Working with her allowed the transaction to go well, and even when it was challenging, her expertise easily handled said challenges.

A home to live in and thrive in. She found a reliable inspector, and did a lot of the work for me, and every step was done well. She very knowledgeable on the process, and will speak to you in terms you understand, even if you don't know much about the process. She coordinated closely with my lender, getting me the answers I needed and notified me when I needed to fill out forms. She worked for me. She even helped me with concerns and questions after the closing.
